I called this.

I've been saying McDonald's and bk, Taco Bell need to just come out with a line of credit.

You apply with McDonald's (who's obviously with chase or synchrony, or capital one) and get you a little credit line, $2000 or $200 if you had low/bad credit. Use the app, or go in store and pay with your phone and get you a meal, pay it back. Integrate it with rewards. shyt make it like flights. The more different locations you check in at, the higher your golden arch points or some shyt.

I could see them going either way.

Taco Bell subscription makes more sense because they have more shyt that comes and go, so each month if you are subscribed going in and getting something limited might be worth it (new, limited, exclusive, retro).

Otherwise McDonald's or bk, KFC doesn't have enough menu options or promotions in my opinion that a subscription would be worth it. But then again I don't eat that shyt. BK hasn't had an exclusive limited whopper I've wanted since before COVID.

So if I had an open line like say $500. I might be inclined to grab a whopper and fries or some shyt vs paying monthly and not using it.
