Kyle Lowry is going to make a great coach. Jay Wright knows who his replacement is.

If your going to troll at least know what your story right. It was shump, felton, and a pick for lowry.

which meant two signed contracts and a pick for a guy who due to the knicks salary cap could (and would) likely be overpaid by another team like Lin was this summer to play for another team.

So it would be the equivalent of 3 (or 2/5 considering felton) players in a trade for a rental.....

Leading to yet ANOTHER thread where these clowns would have been jerking themselves off at the fact that the Knicks traded away another young talent in Shumpert.

Now obviously, Shump is borderline NOW but had we traded him away we would have never heard the end of it like with David Lee or Z-Bo

If Melo walks we could always sign him this offseason. Knicks werent winning a chip with Lowry this year anyways.

Should of traded Melo and Tyson to Phoenix for some picks. :manny:
Now your going to watch Melo go to Miami for nothing :manny:
Assume Melo would have agreed to sign at the end of the season w/ Phoenix brehs...

So let's see if you were GM...

You would have called Melo into the office and asked him about his life...then told him you are looking to trade him to Phoenix in exchange for picks...him then getting offended and saying he's not signing w/ Phoenix...

Which would have definitely sealed the deal for Melo leaving in the offseason.

How confident are you that Melo is going to leave?

Of course Melo would be a rental, but it would of likely put them in the offs. In this West, they would had a shot at winning at getting to the second round.

I remember how some knick haters thought Paul George was better than Melo
I remember when Knicks fans were crowning Channing Frye as the next Kevin Garnett :mjlol: How about how Shumpert was gonna be a star, period.
It seems like any player that dons that ugly blue and orange uniform instantly gains HOF potential :laff:
