Just discovered this a few hours ago:

1. Download the "Web Archives" extension on either Chrome or Firefox.

Chrome: Web Archives - Chrome Web Store

Firefox: Web Archives – Get this Extension for 🦊 Firefox (en-US)

2. Once the extension is enabled, right-click the link to the NYT article that you'd like to read from their website.

3. Go to the "Web Archives" drop down and click the "Archive.is" option.

4. Stay up to date and educated
:coffee:

NOTE: The extension works on Firefox's mobile app as well.

Out.

Ehhhh, I don't feel like doing all that. I'll just stick with the thetvapp and Pluto TV for CNN access for my election news :ehh:

But thanks anyway :ehh:

It would literally take less time to download an extension than it would for Pluto to load and you navigating to CNN...
On PC? Yea I agree, mobile? Chrome extensions don't work on mobile so I would have to download Firefox, sign up to Firefox and then add the extension :noah:

I'll install the extension in OP on my PC later today. Test it out on Newsday & NY Times, you can't read SHYT on those sites due to paywalls :mjlol:

You can also look at your local library's homepage and see if they have a access to paid newspapers (check under research/resources or something like that). You can sometimes find 3 day passes that are unlimited use.

You can also just Google “paywal bypass website”. You then put the URL in and it does it job.

I personally pay for NYT, but do it WSJ, Wired and the rest.
