"Producer Knxwledge is calling out rapper Meek Mill after one of his remixes was removed from the internet because of a copyright strike, claiming that he is done remixing Meek's music and stating that he made the best Meek Mill album ever.

After Knxwledge added music to one of Meek's corner freestyles from back in the day, Meek's team allegedly had the video removed from social media as part of a copyright takedown, which has effectively ended Knx's Meek remix series, which has been running for years.

Taking to Twitter, the producer complained and said that he's made the best Meek Mill album ever.

"I'm not sure what's more idiotic. Taking down music that's giving you more exposure or simply just not knowing what a f*cking remix is," wrote Knxwledge. "N***as really copyright striked a corner freestyle that I had permission to flip from videographer, only reason I can think of is bc this 1 remix got more plays then bro has in the last 10 years. Either way the meek series is over w. Grab the tapes while you can. To all my heads keeping the raw remixes alive its only a matter of time till the art of remixing is fully dead. Be safe, get a lawyer & thanks for always listening."

Knxwledge went on to claim that he made the best Meek Mill album before sharing links to the many mixtapes he's made based on Meek's likeness.

Meek has not responded to Knxwledge as of the time of this publication. We will keep you updated if he responds

Weak shyt. Meek's team is really operating on a lower level. But this is the risk of putting all your cards into one basket. Dude turned his whole Instagram into a Meek Mill appreciation page over the last few years. :dame: And this is how he gets repaid.

fukked up that Meeks team is going after what amounts to Free promo.
If anything he should be trying to link with Knxwledge.
At the same time though, Knxwledge SHOULD NOT have pressed up Vinyls for these projects
and sold them WITHOUT consulting Meeks team.

Both sides are fukking up a bit.

i mean....you cant be selling that shyt without Meek permission tho..its one thing putting up remixes, its another getting streaming/merch money from it and Meek not seeing a cent from it

what artist is going to knowingly allow that?

Meek and his team are probably struggling to figure out why his music isnโ€™t connecting like they think it should. They see the Knxwledgeโ€™s remixes as taking money out his pocket by 1) making money off them and 2) making the public want a different sound from Meek than heโ€™s ever going to make. The better move wouldโ€™ve been to peep the demand for Meek over Knx beats and work with him to get those listeners

Damn.

Talk about bad moves. I can't see the logic behind any of that. Knxwledge was boosting Meek's profile crazy with those remixes. They even had bootleg vinyl out there of a few of the volumes. It's free promotion and a dope look. Seriously makes no sense to have those pulled.
