Stan Van Gundy painted everybody a perfect picture of Dwight and his whole persona when dude went to mismanagement with his issues with Van Gundy instead of going to the source directly and getting stuff off his chest with a man to man convo. Dwight isn't the type to confront people just like D'Antoni isn't the type to confront his players so instead of squashing little annoyances with each other the small stuff has turned into full blown drama.

I think most of the players on the Lakers feel like Dwight does, it's only Kobe with this warped sense of urgency as if somehow storming off the court upset will make any difference as opposed to showing good sportsmanship and shaking hands with the opponents.
It's crazy how the cameras train on Dwight immediately after games to catch him smiling so these media outlets can fan the flames of the Laker turmoil, I know Dwight is miserable.
Dude has to move like a drug dealer/ mafia type with talking into towels and having conversations looking away at the person so his lips can't be read.
