2003 draft class has one MVP
96 has 3
For where he was picked and looking at all the other players in that draft class that is a huge accomplishment because that 96 was draft was one of if not the greatest draft classes ever. 84 may top it but i think its better than the 03 one because they had more productive players throughout that draft. No one would have said back then that Kobe would be the best out of that draft over players like AI Stephon Reef and even Kerry Kittles. I often wondered if Jersey would have drafted him instead would he have refused to play for them too.
Shaq and David Stern have more to do with Kobe's 5 rings than Kobe does
