Cheating on your wife and buying her loyalty with a 4 million dollar ring like a simp also sets a horrible example for the kids

But that's none of my business

People seem to only focus on the FT shooter and they indeed should make their FTs. They shouldnt' be bailed out. My question is, how is it not bailing the defense out by letting them stall the offense by fouling dudes that don't have the ball? Missing FTs is allowed. Fouling people is not. People just wanna stand on their soapbox and say "Get the bad FT shooters!" :mjlol: Give them two shots and the ball and make the defense actually stop them rather than rewarding them for their own bullshyt. Only for off ball fouls though. If you have the ball and you get fouled then it is what it is.

I like Scalbrine's idea..he said you could only foul intentionally in halfcourt, so if teams don't want their guy to get fouled he should just stay on the other side and the can play 4 on 5.

:jbhmm:Interesting

Anyway as I've said in the other thread, coaches have no obligation to keep bad free throw shooters in the game. Everyone gets exposed for their weaknesses. Big men get put on the bench when the other team goes small. Poor defenders get put on the bench in crunch time. We hardly even have power forwards who can't shoot a long-distance jump shot in the game anymore. So why should we protect this one particular weakness?

He's right. Make your damn free throws. This would be like if you had to throw outside the strike zone when it's a pitcher that comes up to bat since none of them can hit over .130 :stopitslime:
I think the best comparison is if teams started intentionally walking guys constantly so the pitchers had to take all of the teams at bats. It wouldn't really work because it would put runners on base for the guys after the pitcher and since the lineup has 9 hitters, the pitcher would only come up every other inning.
