It's definitely Vince, but Kobe is up there especially when it comes to creativity and I think he gets underrated there by majority.

Kobe was def up there. He never really got his due when it came to athleticism and artistry because he came right after Jordan then played in an era of athletic freaks like Vince, Tmac and AI. When you go back and watch dude he was ridiculously explosive. His dunk on Ben Wallace gotta be like a top 5 in game dunk ever...
Having said all that it’s Vince. Vince was like a ballet dancer in the air...nobody ever had that kind of explosiveness, power, body control and vert wrapped into one. Not even Mike is touching Vince’s in game shyt...shyt gets even more ridiculous watching it 20 years later.
