His reign has been pretty good all things considered

He went up against Dolph who had a story as to why he wanted to challenge

He went up against Joe and was the clear physical underdog

He’s going against Orton who they’ve built up as “an old nemesis”

He’s had different types of challengers for different reasons and they’ve done well enough with the talent they have to make each one seem different and try and build a story around each one. I can’t expect WWE to have done much better
