Just Another talent wasted by the WWE today. This cat been doing the SAME exact shyt since 2009. He's probably got more un memorable tag team, IC, and US reigns than any wrestler I've ever known aside from Curtis Axel.

IThey need to tweek his character to where we actually want to give a damn about him. I want to see him possibly lose a match(due to Triple H fukking with him) and then Kofi snatching a mic and basically venting, blame management and most importantly Randy Orton for "running to Corporate" because he saw him as a threat. He can talk on the mic so I know he can talk shyt. Call his punk ass out for what happened in 2009 and bam he finally has attention and start to trend. This play it nice Kofi is DONE at this point

Add him in the mix with Bryan and Punk as wrestlers whom were victimized by the politics of the business and it gives people someone to root for and the breakout of a next star.

Change that bullshyt happy go lucky theme he has now and give him some shyt from Nas and Damien Marley's album(Dispair)

I actually still reserve hope for black steamboat.

I call him that, because I have to honestly say he reminds me of ricky steamboat.
I am not saying ricky, because of the moveset.
..I mean his actual track record and inring look always gave off a great magnetic hero like babyface quality.
that I could only remember steamboat having all the time.

I also,..say steamboat over the shackled tito Santana type booking.

all the way down to a neutered moveset.
that kofi still manages to pull out hordes of inring malleability to thrive.
kofi, manages to have the best stylistic finisher the ran hei, or the sOs.
which could be booked into being a lot more visually stunning ang effective.
it could be ramped up as a much better dramatic finish,..
if the commentary in the E, was up to actual snuff.
as what could be deemed acceptable.
especially, given the limitations of the E inring squashmouth smashout mainevent style.
the E, wrongly shackles on kofi and quite a few other wwe superstars, as well.

I still see steamboat like qualities and a bit more of a could be working character in kofi.

kofi is missing a valet like the indy's...
or the few indy matches I saw of him with a valet...
pick or choose,..i was not to keen on kofi indepthly in the indy's.
it was hard enough keeping track of guys who saved wrasslin.
in the E, kofi does not necessarily need a valet.
yet, he needs some extra character driven angles.
to provide him more intrigue and further general fan support.
instead of the house show favorite following guy he is booked as.
just like steamboat and Santana were,....
except the E, does not understand how to play up nemesis villain types and feuds well enough.
as they really don't have any idea of continuity as it pertains to making villains draw, consistently.
Santana and steamboat had natural nemesis guys they were booked against in the wwf.

in the wwe,..kofi emulates steamboat,..
yet, the booking forgets even if kofi is in a tito Santana like mode.
kofi still needs a greg the hammer valentine, opposite of him.
that is thought of as the long time nemesis to Santana.

if by another stretch of the imagination.
we compare kofi to jimmy superfly snuka,....
just off the higherflying crossbody based moveset from the toprope and springboard.
down, to the double chop offense, during his house of fye, babyface comeback.

superfly still had muraco,..the original rock as his arch nemesis...
an arch nemesis,...that was so profound...
he made the ic title,..into the world title,..by sheer perception and evil.
kofi is not booked as the hero to that type.
plus the E,..is not even a shade as decent.
at having a few arch nemesis style heels on roster like the wwf, was.

now, having said that,.....
I think if kofi sticks around around long enough.
even devoid of an actual clearly defind arch nemesis....
i believe kofi, will get the trickle down effect to one whc.
that, will be booked horrifically, but result in some of the best freetv babyface title defenses.
if the E, was smart and wanted a babyface that was good for winning all the time with no storyline with the title.
with it just being based on what quality was inring.
I really think kofi could be the guy who had the title.
while, being booked in the hot poker up the ass system bad fukkery era and just blindly be over.
bad angle after horrific angle, as long as he won.

ready to come up, it doesn't even matter. Woods can do all the shyt Kofi can and more. Plus, he has an actual gimmick. I have a feeling he will be the star that they tried to make Kingston way back when.

I said this shyt back in like '07/'08 when they still had MVP and Cryme Tyme on the roster and getting pops I always thought they should have done a Nation Of Domination 2.0 type of thing (minus the name) with Ron Simmons or Teddy Long as their mouth piece. At the time you had:

Kofi
MVP
Cryme Tyme
Mark Henry
R Truth

all on the roster and not doing a damn thing. They could have had Teddy Long or Ron Simmons start getting into the head of Mark Henry by telling him "look at how long you have been looked over" with him him being the longest tenured nikka in the WWE. Next week you have R Truth coming out "shuckin and jivin" when the camera cuts to Henry and whoever sitting watching on a monitor with pissed off looks on their face. Y'all see where this shyt is going, Henry and whoever start recruiting these guys but they don't want to "rock the boat" so they stay pact. Henry and his "adviser" start to cut promos saying how they want respect, showing videos of Henry being around forever while doing nothing, showing videos of how all the other Black wrestlers are "stereotyped" etc. and with that these other wrestlers start to take notice.

I know there is very little chance this would happen because WWE already looks racist as hell but that shyt could have been the GOAT storyline IMO.
