Kofi Kingston recently spoke with IndyWeek.com to promote Friday's WWE live event in Raleigh. He talked about WWE's lack of black champions:

"People always say, 'Oh, there haven't been many black champions,' but on the other hand, there are a whole lot of white people that never won a belt either. These days, I think it's less of a racial thing. I honestly believe that if you are able to entertain and interact with the crowd, it doesn't matter what ethnicity you may be. [WWE] will reward you."

He's right. Outside of maybe Mizzark, none of the blacks at the company are really worth a WWE title push. Himself included. I hate to sound like a c00n but it's true. I don't think Titus O'Neil is main event potential. He's alright but I wouldn't put him over Dbry, Wyatt, Cesaro, The shield or some other cats to be honest. :ld: Titus is good enough not to be JTG status but not good enough to shine out here with the best of them. Kofi could have been that cat, but his time has passed.

Kofi - :mjlol:
Big E- :ld:

Naomi- I can see her holding down the womens division.

Black Cena - :mjpls:

Titus- :ld:

Mizzark-:sadbron:

R. Truth- :snoop:

Xavier Woods-:mjlol:

This is the best we got. I wish Jay Lethal was a big guy. If I was Vince I wouldn't push these nikkas either. The fukk I look like giving the title to one of these bums.

When Truth was beefing with Cena he should have gotten a run. That whole Lil Jimmy shyt was getting over. When Koi was beefing with Orton and they let him act like he was more than a Jafakin he was rolling until Orton got pissed off and they stopped the angle. Throughout the years there have been nikkaz that deserved a run at times...like someone said Shelton should have been had at least one run, if Hardy could get one why the hell couldn't the Gold Standard?

Shelton was to personality what the original Sin Cara was to coordination. I don't know if I've ever seen a segment that involved him talking where he wasn't struggling to execute the sentence. In the ring, he was dope as fukk, especially in ladder matches. But anything other than that? :rudy:

MVP was more like the type that shoulda been a bigger star than he was. He had everything goin' for him, except for whatever happened around 2008 that had them start jobbin' the shyt out of him. He probably coulda thrived better in this era than the Laurinaitis era... which by the way I'm startin' to realize was a highly non-productive time period when it came developing and building new stars to the top. Funny how he gets moved out of power and now we got a gang of newer skilled people on the come-up. I'm thinkin' the real problem was Johnny.
