Kohl’s announced Tuesday it would shrink 10 of its stores and lease the extra space to Planet Fitness.

The store plans to expand the program to other locations if it is a success.

Kohl’s started a similar program with supermarket chain Aldi last year, another tactic thought up by CEO Michelle Gass. Kohl’s has over 1,100 locations across the U.S.

“We see the Planet Fitness partnership as a real win-win,” Gass told analysts on an earnings call Tuesday. “This going to be a great fit for us and for our customers.”
