You're honing in on Korea specifically when I said the region. Asia as a region has the highest average life expectancy, that is a fact and not debatable. And diet is absolutely responsible for the longevity of Asians. The same thing rings true in America as it relates to Asians. That video echoed my point in the beginning, with recent trends (sedantary lifestyle) being the catalyst for their current downtrend. My point still stands. Meat and carbs take up the overwhelming majority of plate real estate in western countries, the same can not be said for the Asian palette.​
