kpop is the fakest genre of music, think of it like this, kpop is the cell of the music scene. It just absorbs shyt from other types of music out there, and they lack any originality. I remember reading an article and the founders of the biggest music companies in South Korea (SM, YG, Bighit) literally said musically and aesthetically, they took their shyt from Hip hop and Black Americans. Kpop is just hip hop but overly poppish.
