Why can't hip-hop sound like this in the mainstream?

Mainstream hip hop is for the dominant society and they can’t relate to this type of music

His albums consistently disappointed, it’s sad because his tapes were so great. Too many other great artists that didn’t have that bipolar nature to put him as the best
