Do you agree with this statement?

It's an interesting concept. Taking guys like Kendrick or Lupe who can easily chop and change between making music that can be seen as, 'representing' Hip Hop and music that would seem ignorant or completely commercial.

Take a guy like Trinidad James for example and he would seem as the type of dude that wouldn't be able to imitate something that represents the culture or would he? Has his buzz or Chief Keefs both commercially and at a street level finally blurred the lines between an MC and a rapper?

This is what happens when you put the mic in front of someone for 2 hours during an interview, they'll say stupid things that stupid people will listen to

So what if the MC is a rapper, he can never be an MC? Oh wait, he was an MC but now he's a rapper so he's no longer an MC. Or can you jump back and forth.

I actually disagree with the statement, i think it's ridiculous but I wanted to spark debate :manny:

I don't buy stocks in shyt that isn't worth my time or money breh breh :bryan:

There's little money for rappers out there, how the fukk do you expect to make money as a ghost writer without a C.V. already as a rapper that can sell records? :stopitslime:

Either reveal yourself or forever live in:

MC's are the star of the room no matter where they are. they inherently master ceremonies.

Is there a distinction between the two though? Aren't they the same thing or is KRS reaching?
