Ima post the interview where he talks about how Russell Simmons was trying to stop Def Jam artists from supporting the Stop the Violence movement and told any artist if they appear in the video for the song he'd drop them from Def Jam, that's why LL isn't in the video.

LL actually IS in the video. He doesn't rap, but he's there singing along. Apparently he made it a point to be there despite the memo from Def Jam.

I can't remember the "Heal Yourself" video off the top of my head, but watch the interview with KRS-One I just posted, he says LL isn't there. I just remember the boombox part, where people gather around and play LL's verse, but I don't remember seeing him in the video. What minute in the video can you see him?
