He did fukk up when he tried to come at Rittenhouse for not speaking at time of arrest and then coming up with a self defense story.

But he also got reprimanded because he was trying to develop a pattern of thought and behavior when 10 days earlier he made comments or actions about shooting looters, and then he showed up to "protect the car lot" . Judge wasn't allowing that
