Pass up a baseball contract for CTE brehs
The Rey Mysterio/Isaiah Thomas of the NFL
Hand yourself a massive L breh
QBs don’t get hit anymore, he’ll be fine
Pull the fukking trigger Jerry
Didn’t he pick football like a month ago? What is there levels to this announcing thing?
He got that call from one of these teams, hes going top 15
I dont like it brehs
I know baseball has that dumb ass contract structure where you get paid like ass for 7-8 years but still...
He could easily be sitting on the couch next to Deshone Kizer in 3 years
Well now he has to give the A's their 8 million dollars back I believe. He had already been drafted to the MLB and given the signing bonus.
Edit: Not given as in he had 8mil in the bank but all he had to do was sign the contract and it was his. That's why it was such a big risk for him to even play the 1 year at OU. He was already there.
Guaranteed contracts and No Salary Cap >>>> Non Guaranteed Contracts.
He’s a qb. He made the right decision. If he’s a guaranteed 1st rd pick he’s getting more money playing football. And he will 100% get shot to be nfl starter. He may have never even made it out if the minors in baseball. Murray is not some can’t miss baseball prospect. Baseball money is overestimated on here
guaranteed CTE over guaranteed money ?
Actually makes sense. He's a fist round QB.
He can go back to baseball if he flops in a few years. He's much better than Tebow.
Th decision makes more sense when you realize he isn't THAT great at baseball. If he was a top rated pitcher who would get shine immediately I would consider this a bad choice but it would probably be a slow 2-3 year grind for him in the minors before he got to the majors.
That's not how it works
Drafted in the first two rounds > being in small town bullshyt minor league team
