I know I said before the trade that Giannis would be the MVP this year. But now given this trade, it has changed everything. Kyrie is gonna shut up all the haters this year. Boston will win 55+ games and get the #1 seed in the East. Kyrie will lead the league in scoring. And he will win the MVP.

Boston will also beat Cleveland in the Eastern Conference Finals and play Golden State for the championship.

Honestly, I don't even see Kyrie being one of the All-NBA guards this season, but :yeshrug: anything's possible.

I actually think this Cleveland team ends up with the best regular season they've had since LeBron got back because of their depth and the amount of players on their squad that have something to prove (Rose, J.R. should be back 100%, Kevin Love is freer with Kyrie gone, Thompson gotta make up for that trash ass Finals, Crowder gonna have that chip on his shoulder, etc).

As far as MVP goes, I predict it's LeBron, outside shot of Durant (he'll have an MVP season but I doubt anyone wants to vote for him), or Leonard assuming the Spurs keep the same pace they've had.

Wrong on both predictions b.

Kyrie wont finish in the top 5 and Celtics eliminated in the 2nd round...

Keep doubting Kyrie. He's reminding me more and more of Kobe each day. Speaks with the same cadence and tone. Also looks more like Kobe now with the beard shaved off.

He's gonna ball out this year. MVP lock.

IM not doubting him theres just too many others in front of him for the MVP

IF anything his lack of beard makes me think hes going to take a step back...We handing out awards off of tone and cadence now

Kyrie won't make either all-nba 1st or 2nd team...Much less win MVP. Low key I still think the media will give Hayward a major push and I hope Im wrong.
