Nah he isn't. Tatum has everything needed to be a multi-dimensional, three zone scorer. He averaged 18.5 points per game in the playoffs without Kyrie. He is a star in the making. Also, Rozier can start for several NBA teams. He had a good playoff run and solid season overall, y'all wasn't talking this shyt when he sonned Bledsoe.
