You know exactly what I'm talking about you just don't have a response. Kyrie is sitting out until next week supposedly. The NBA quarantine period is a week. He is sitting out a week after this so-called party. So by language of the league's protocol he is taking the proper measures.

Kyrie isn't dumb. He knows the optics of what this will look like. I genuinely think he's sabotaging his NBA career on purpose. I don't know why, but I think that's what is happening.

If I were to guess I'd say he doesn't want to give up all of the money left on his contract so he's trying to get the team to stretch him instead and get a Bobby Bonilla deal. It's the only thing that really makes sense. He's aware as fukk of the media so you can't tell me he's tone deaf to the fact this video will make waves. He's smart enough to know this will embarrass the Nets at the least and annoy his teammates too.

As a supposed leader and teammate, yes it’s fukk shyt.

The party itself was fukk shyt in the middle of a pandemic where gatherings like those are illegal in most places.

Beyond that, every single dude on that bench is sacrificing similar things to be there. Hell they even did the bubble without his ass.

Kyrie can do what he wants to do personally. But from the context of leading a successful basketball team this is about the worst shyt he could do right now.

Maybe he don’t care, but people who are interested in basketball are not wrong for recognizing his shytty behavior.
