Why is the locker room full of old naked men 24/7

I don’t use a locker anymore so I literally just go in their to use the bathroom and the damn urinals are at the very back, pass the sauna, which is pass the lockers, so I literally have no choice but to walk pass a bunch of old naked cacs
One was walking around the locker room no towel or nothing. Just everything out
