Zoning laws are going to exacerbate this problem something FIERCE.

A lot of my people stay in Inglewood, which is relatively close to Culver City, and they're already starting the gentrification of The Wood with that fukking stadium.

This gon push a lotta nikkas to Vegas, for better or for worse.

Unfortunately cali natives already fukked las vegas rent up...a place that was 800 2 bedroom is now 2,400.

las vegas doesn't have rent control so these landlords are literally doubling and tripling their rent with one month notices.

Back in 2014-2015, I moved to Vegas myself, because my job moved me out there, and I was looking at places in Summerlin, and I bullshyt you not, the FATTTEST aparments out there were $900 a month. I'm talking, 3 bedroom 2 bath, with all the amenities AND gated.

And to me, THAT was expensive at the time :mjlol:


Now that I'm back home in LA, 900 seem like a pipe dream.

a friend forced me to go with him apartment hunting 2 years ago...we searched for 3 days.
vegas was so easy. some of the really nice places didn't even do credit checks or W2.. they just want to see if you had the money unlike cali who wanted 3 months w2.

rent was 800 to 1100 for condo apartments. so spacious
