in terms of reparations for blacks in LA specifically, dude could've asked about pressing the issue for all the blacks who lost their homes/land when they built the freeways, specifically the 105 and 405....because that's a topic that's been raised and caught a good amount of traction since the descendants of Bruce's Beach got their land returned ( and then sold back for next to nothing )....and that's something she can do something about.


But recently, reparations for blacks in California got shut down....Dude should be pressing all the black reps who went against SB 1050 and Gavin Newsom.

Where am i talking down? This weirdo could've ran up on her, and asked specifically about SB 1050 ( something exclusive to blacks in CA) or pressing the issue for blacks being compensated for land they lost because of the 105 and 405 being built.....something that the LA mayor would have power to push for.

The standard for demanding with force was set in the 70's by the Black Panthers/BLA. Real Black militants. The BLA 1) robbed white owned banks because they truly believed they were creating a nation. They didn't ask for money from the white man, they took it. 2) The BLA broke Assata Shakur out of the white mans prison. They didn't make threads or bullshyt useless tweets asking for her to be set free from prison. No, they went right up to that white mans prison and took her from the slave masters grasp. 3) There was a 17 year old Black Panther who kidnapped a judge, demanding the release of his brother from prison. He was killed but took the judge with him before his death. Wasn't no IG posts or protests in front of the prison. No, a teenager said "im grabbing up this white judge and I'll kill him if my brother isn't set free."

The standard for demanding what is rightfully ours from the powers that be was set in the 70's yet here you are in 2025 thinking that a bullshyt useless thread really means something. Bullshyt useless threads that promote no real action are representations of moving backwards not forwards.
