I'm lactose intolerant so while I avoid dairy I still eat some in small amounts. The main thing I stay away from is ice cream, milk, and large amounts of cheese which the latter two can be hard to avoid whenever you decide to eat out. When I first started it was tough but over time I don't have much of a problem. I do miss ice cream though.

Also keep in mind that if you’re lactose intolerant, there are certain cheeses much easier to digest. Hard, aged ones

Most black people are lactose intolerant. As a matter of fact being able to drink milk is the whitest activity you could partake in. :mjpls:

I buy lactose free milk.

I have a phobia of taking a dump in public establishments. So, I avoid dairy products while I'm away from home or my hotel. I keep Pepto tabs in my car & my travel bag.
