You want them to wear high heels all the time?
Most of the females i work with are a bunch of old nerds (software developers) in their 40s and 50s. Except for one. And she sometimes wears flipflops and walking though the hallway making all kinds of noise
or they could just wear flats dumb n1gga

Wants equality and respect in the work place but let us change that dress code :sas2:
I've seen this shyt firsthand and how these chicks turn up when you mandate knee length skirts and no open toed shoes....you would think they were told to shut up and go back in the kitchen the way they blow up

You know whats a worse sound? little girls with beads in their hair, I had some family over for easter and thought I was gonna go fukking crazy with those beads shaking around alll fukking day, I could literally hear her from like upstairs

breh, suppose to be close to 90 on Friday here in DC...I'm posting up in the courtyard all day. They been dying to get out of those knee high boots, thermals and leggings and rock them summer dresses...may have to pull out the creep cam just for the ocassion

I was a manager for a company called TracFone many many years ago. It go tto the point where it used to bring us supervisors great pleasure to write them up for dress-code violations.

It was no professional environment or anything. Just typical call-center environment where there was high turnover anyway. The shyt was wrong because our VP used to look at it as a way to easily fire people he didnt like. Just write them up until you can fire them without HR raising hell coming to their defense by having plenty of paper trail showing repeat violations of simple rules.

But when i look at some of them I'm like yo you're already one of the lazy , attitude having, always late employees and you cant do something as simple as observing a dress-code for no open-toe shoes...you deserve this.
