Ladies how do you feel if you meet a handsome man in his early 30s, college educated, no kids, has a career but he tells you that he has a roommate in a fly 2 bedroom condo in a good area of town. Would you consider him a "scrub" because he doesnt have his own place?

i doubt most women appreciate practicality.. 
Forget ladies, why would you have all that and still want to be rooming with someone?

Think there are factors to this. Where are they living and how big is the crib.
If they have a 2 floor 4 bedroom penthouse on central park west not a chick in the world is going to say anything. If they share a 1 bedroom and have bunkbeds then there is an issue.
