Office manager is gonna get fired. She is a total bytch that is ruining that complex. If the owner is too cheap to pay for cleanings and maintenance then she should quit. That’s a bad look. If she is skimming the cleaning money then she’s going to jail. I would take them to court if I was the renter.

Here's the only sketchy part on the tenant's behalf: she showed a wide angle shot of what she was promised, but then used in depth close up shots for what she was complaining about. If she wanted to do a legit compare and contrast, show the same wide shots for both expected and actual.

If the 2 wide shots are similar, then it's her fault for not asking for more in depth pics. If the 2 wide shots are different, then it's their fault for misleading her from jump. I'm sure they also told her things that weren't true about the place, but as far as the video comparison is concerned, she used apples and oranges.

Been seeing a lot of these younger, shall I say...hoodrat females in these tenant manager positions, the last few years.

I mean...look at her attire. As a man, it's cool, but IDK if that fit, projects "professionalism". I been on walk-thrus wit two different homies (within the last year), and both spots had tenant managers, who looked like straight thotties. Some hoes u would catch at a day-party/club.

These type of broads the new norm? What are the qualifications for these positions? Seems like you would have to be about something, managing properties/complexes....
