I got a lot respect for Bynum. He worked himself from a chubby high school project to a Top 3 center before his body gave out oh him. I know folks like to say he didn't give a shyt, but you don't make that transformation without some dedication. The culmination of injuries is what took away his drive

In that last season at his peak there were some games where he was absolutely shutting down games. That playoff game against the Nuggets is still on one the best big men performances I've seen

Never forget watching live . When byum dunked on Shaq and pushed him!

Byum is held in higher regard among laker fans than AD

That's my Jersey breh, was rooting for him even though he was on the most hated franchise. Extreme knucklehead though.

Played in the final era of real centers.

There was also a serious argument regarding him being the best center in the league.

I believe it came down to Bynum, Howard, and Cousins....

I am comfortable and I love you
Dude was legit, he'll still go down as one of the best Laker bigs cause he put in work during championship runs and he wasn't even able to hit his prime. Wild to think he was integral in us go back to back a 21-22 years old, and less than 5 years later he was out of the league.
