I dont remember Kawhi having a bad finals series. it wasnt an ATG like one, but the run he had leading up to that was unfukkwittable IMO. I think it was in return for him carrying all their bum asses for 2 whole series.

LALs 3 ball defense is their most shaky aspect IMO, but LAC's outside spacing off the bench seems to flow thru their guards and LAL will always have either AB or KCP to make life hard for them

Lakers have more stars tonight but Clippers are deeper. I expect LBJ and Kawhi to offset each other, AD will get off but I think the Clippers bench is better so over the course of a full game they will just chip away at the Lakers anytime LBJ/AD are sitting. Unless Lou plays like trash, if he does the Clippers bench wont do well.

It can go either way really thats why I said Lou is the x factor IMO.

I disagree, I’d say that our bigs will make the difference in this game because we can bully them in the paint pretty much all game including from the bench. A lot of y’all are acting like AD is just any ol player. That’s arguably the best player in the league without a championship. Clippers have no answer for him whatsoever.

Plus players like Cook and Bradley have experience at their positions and provide the shooting of Lou plus the defense (Bradley) and youth (Cook) that Lou doesn’t bring. If the clippers are banking on Lou they already in bad shape breh.

When Kuzma comes back the bench will prolly be even more in favor of the Lakers. All bias aside, Lakers are a better overall team with the better superstar tandem and a better cast around them.
