cant wait for it to rip his hand off when it gets older. idiot doesnt know the first thing about #droolset

its kennel is its safe place. you dont feed him in there, you feed him in an open space. hes reacting that way because this dipshyt snatches him up when hes trying to eat in a place hes supposed to feel safe. he probably riles him up in there regularly so he can 'correct' whatever behavior the dog is doing. idiot.

"alpha" training is bullshyt and gets dumb men like this mauled regularly

hes actually teaching this dog to be aggressive

:francis:

That's not happening with this dude. He's got the science down to a T

I had a German Shepard growing up and we raised it since it was a puppy, it never snapped at me during a feeding.

Pitbulls are monsters.
This is terrible thinking, and you probably shouldn't have a dog.

Because if they eradicate all bully breeds from this Earth YOUR dog breed would be next up as a "problem breed" and you'll be the first in line saying "not my dog!" when that MIGHT be the case but in the end people won't care and your dogs breed will still be targeted as a "problem breed" by people who don't know better.

Or how about just don’t fukking own these type of dogs?
nikka every pack animal has to be shown who the alpha is :what: doesn't matter the breed

Y'all nikkas keep acting like animals are baby humans and you just gotta talk and reason with them, no nikka, animals do not understand the words you say to them the same way humans do, animals have to physically show dominance with their own offspring all the time, that's inherently in their nature.

Farm dogs have to be physical with farm animals all the time in order to herd and protect them

Don't get an animal if you just gonna be scared when it's time to correct and teach them :mjlol: that's like being scared of your kid after they hit puberty and start testing you as a parent

How about leave the dog alone while he's eating.

Our dog used to do this to us as kids and my dad said, "leave him alone while he is eating. You don't like ppl bothering you when you eat"

Oir dog was super protective of us but he didn't like being bothered while eating.

Now if they snap/bite at you that's a different story.
You just exposed your dad as a dumbass

Stop putting human emotions and perspective onto animals, they are NOT the same as us

That's exactly how people end up with out of control dogs :dead: y'all were supposed to fix that when it was a puppy but y'all were too busy treating it like a person.

Now that dog thinks HE runs the house when it's time to eat

Shut the fukk up.

My dad had dogs & animals all his life. And he's not here anymore.

So By default I had dogs all my life, also including horses, and cattle. They are ALL just as similar as based on how you raise them is how they act. It's not that much different from humans.

You can have a 2,000 lb Bull as a pet if you raise it properly to know who's boss. Or he can also knock you into the next galaxy.

Lol I knew it would be this guy. He took 2 aggressive female pits to a lake to swim together, guess how that ended
You got a link to that?

Those kind of situations can really necessitate absolutely splitting your house in half and as you go through this and I can understand why someone may try innovative approaches

It can become a tragic situation very quickly and if you don’t know better you can lose a finger in the midst of it

His father’s sentiment isn’t wrong. It’s the way he’s interpreting it as a dismissal of his responsibility to offer the dog supervision so it is a domestic animal rather than a nuisance or hazard

Ain't got shyt to do with me, i love'em, but animals are too expensive, that's another responsibility.

I raise kids, not dogs.

:yeshrug:

Also, we were taught to put the puppy's face in it shyt if he went in the house...that still standard practice?

have any of your horses ever kicked someone? the principal at the school my mom taught at had one of his horses kick him somewhere on his body and his faced was bruised up like he'd gone 3 rounds with Tyson.

Couldn't find it but basically he took both of the dogs one which he knew was female aggressive and didn't like the other female but also didn't like water and the other one liked water

He was thinking water would neutralize the situation but it did not. He showed the aftermath only his shirt with blood and one of the dogs got a couple of face bites
