thats why. I won't sit here and front like I'm an elite athlete. But back when I was 20-28 I lifted alot and was muscular but not flexible and I always had a tweak or injury here or there. I have lost some of the weight as I have been doing alot of running and felixibility training and i haven't had any of these injuries.
