Square biz, sh*t has gotten annoying.
Walk into bank, female greeter "welcomes" you. But she's not really welcoming you, she wants to know why you're there so she can point you elsewhere asap. They want as few ppl as possible going inside the bank nowadays & dont want you going thru the drive thru either. BOA has began eliminating their drive-thru service. First thing they wanna do now is tell you to use the ATM machine to do damn near EVERYTHING. Or go online for everything. Or download the smartphone app. No sh*t, I'm young....I know I can do all this....IF I WANT.
I do
certain things online, and I'll do
certain things at the ATM...but damn, you can't make a simple deposit now without being told, "rather than coming into the bank, you can make that deposit at the ATM" "rather than coming into the bank, you can scan deposit that check thru your smartphone"
No sh*t.

But some stuff I'd like to do where a human is there rather than feed an important check into a machine. What if it's 9pm at night, the bank is closed and the machine goofs up...who am I gonna call? How am I gonna prove anything?
