“This reminds me of that Cuban patient we had in Miami. Dude swore the virus was fake and watched Fox News all day. Cursing at the TV and all that. His wife even slid him some hydroxycloriquine in a visiter bag drop off in the lobby.
His heart started beating fast and next day he couldn’t even breathe. Dude said talk to my wife about intubation. She said no. When we did the video conference to show her how he was breathing.
