Were these chemicals and social concepts present in your old testament, because I recall Leviticus 18:22 stating you should not lie with a man as a woman. Does fecal matter magically disappear? No, it's expelled from your body as excrement when you have a bowel movement. Most people end up flushing it down a utility called a toilet. I would not necessarily call this magic though, there's a mechanical explanation to this process but I can see how you would confuse it with magic.

If you clean your rectum, you should not have traces of feces in it. The same mucous (not literally the same) that lubricates the vagina is the same mucous that coats the rectum when passing excrement. While I won't say the rectum is "cleaner", the distance is not as far off as you're making it seem and both are unhygienic depending on the level of care put in.

When you say clean vagina, then you need to compare it to a clean rectum...and a clean rectum doesn't have feces in it.
