I never knew who he was I just saw the criticism he got for talking a lot but this interview makes me like the guy. His point of view makes sense to me.

The confidence he has in his children is why they have the potential to be all time greats. We won't have to worry about fragile psyches or shying away from big moments with them and if they become greats in the NBA Lavar will look like a genius. If you don't believe that's your destiny how can you get there?

Just coaching his 3 sons up to play at the highest level of college basketball in 3 out of 4 years is pretty remarkable and unprecedented.
