Coach of the Year is like NBA MVP, we know LeBron is the MVP every year, just like Saban the COY every year

With the exception of this past year, (Dabo) you're pretty much on point.

:rip: to the team that play bama week one

:deadrose:
So what us the right way? :sas2:

You're not gonna take down an empire like Nike from the jump. You know they want your son badly .. you KNOW that THEY know you're coming from an adidas school and background .. so they're gonna have to pony up. Jump on board with them.. make that extra bread that they're gonna have to throw your way since they're gonna have to poach you from the jaws of adidas .. and then do your own thing. Using their own money.

That starting from the bottom is on some Erin Brockovich shyt .. and it ain't gonna fly.

Good, fukk Nike and their overpriced ass shoes. nikkas don't understand, nobody thinks of BBB as some serious competitor to Nike, hell they are no competition at all. This ain't about that.Everybody know Nike has cornered the market as of right now. It's about showing young black players they can make money in the sneaker game off their own brand and name, if they play their cards right, cutting off the middleman whether it's Nike, Adidas or UA. Lavar and his sons are trailblazers and I'm rooting for them to succeed. Ten years from now we might see Lonzo, Markelle Fultz, Josh Jackson, Michael Porter, Zion Williamson and the rest have their own sneaker brands and that would be great. Why would some old cac named Phil Knight profit off their hard work?

I agree with you. But playing devils advocate .. why should 'some old cac' give millions upon millions of dollars to an athlete to wear (what is worldly considered) the best basketball shoes in the world?

Pretty much. Dudes here are talking about engineering shows like they're building a rocketship. Like they don't make these shoes in sweatshops.

Take that rookie contract money and then get people to design shoes. And then you can sell them on the internet. I think Nike is scared
