i think you are confusing the article, a hearing wasn't delayed. the trump attorney asked for an extension to some other deadline and the judge said she wanted more information before she decided to grant an extension. the judge seemed to ask for the additional info to be presented over the weekend and the lawyer said she wasn't available. the decision on the lawyers request for more time is being delayed until after the weekend. this in no way hurts the parties involved LOL
