I have my theories on the topic.
I dont know if Eazy E or Magic even ever had AIDs. The question is was it done because they needed a black symbol of AIDS? So that it wasnt just seen as a homosexual/European disease? So they took two of the most masculine black men in America and gave them the disease? Or just told them and the world they had the disease for agenda purposes?
Knowing what we know now about the incompotence of the European. Its a good chance they could have just got a false positive due to janky testing that test for antibodies when you have a virus. Did you know Malaryia and other viruses can create false positives in HIV testing? Especially in kids who havent fully developed their immunity.
Makes you wonder what it truly was when they were painting Africa as a hub for HIV,where child rape and rape in general was a major cause for the AIDs. But the European got their AIDs funding in the trillions,pharmecutical companies made billions,and no one questioned it. So maybe Im just some guy yapping on the internet

So let's get this straight in my head. Somebody in the mid to early 90's was around somebody who had aids, was able to draw blood from them without drawing up flags, then keep the needle on them until they were able to inject him randomly? Because even if he was injected he wouldn't have turned to ash the next month and wouldn't have died immediately.
Most likely he had it for more than year thought it was something else and never went to get checked up. Also Magic Johnson was tested constantly so they caught it early as hiv. Easy didn't know he had HIV until it was full blown aids when he found out. Which was a death sentence before 1996

Long story short via vaginal sex HIV has a low transmission rate even lower if his immune system was still holding up aka still in hiv. If it was aids that's something different I wouldn't roll that dice but he did with his wife and she and the baby/babies got lucky. Honestly he could had HIV for years like 5 or more before it started eating him up
