in your post and I quote "I don't really give a damn about cars like that" If that's the case you can buy a quality domestic or foreign for 22k :manny:

ehhh I really don't, that's why I've been riding out with my current vehicle for so long and procrastinating on getting something new. But with that being said, I just don't see the benefits of purchasing something new vs. purchasing something a few years old when I'm only going to be keeping the car for a few years anyway. Rather purchase something a little nicer, albeit older, that's already depreciated as opposed to buying something not as nice, but new, that's gonna depreciate like crazy and have me upside down in 3 years when I go to trade it in. Hence me opting for a lease if I decide to go with something new.

To me its mileage based. I drive too much per year for leases.

BMW's lease are insane though. Sometimes I wish I just took the bait.

I saw some deal asking $399/month for a brand new '13 335. Outrageous.

Lease the Infiniti, they have a decent program for an 18k mile a year lease. Plus you can write it off. I lease cars all the time.
