Haitian Minister?

You mean a professor of African studies who lives in British Columbia?

Where the absolute fukk did you get minister from?

Also at 17:00 she blames the gang control over Port-au-Prince on the US funneling arms to gangs. Is there source for this claim?

Also didn’t the ousted president of Haiti steal millions dollars from the Haitian people?

On November 3, 2005, several law firms representing the Haitian government filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Miami against Haitian former President Jean-Bertrand Aristide, accusing him of stealing millions from the Haitian treasury and the state-owned telephone company. The suit alleges that Mr. Aristide and eight co-defendants violated U.S. law while transferring "tens of millions of dollars" in stolen public funds and revenues from Haiti Teleco to the U.S. The complaint demands damages for violations of the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), violations of state RICO laws in Florida and New Jersey, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, deceit, and conspiracy to defraud ? Haitian politicians are the most corrupt politicians in the western hemisphere.

those gangs terrorizing Haiti today is their own doing. They would use them to suppress the vote for opposing candidates
by attacking neighborhoods.

Haiti politics and gangs have always been intertwined since papa doc's days with the tonton macoute.
