Oh look the first person is a random black man "dressed" li a thug and he takes the money 
Fake af and I ain't even watch it yet.
I was at the store once and this dude put a stack of money inside an atm, he left and all the money came out the machine. I took the money and gave it to one of the people working at the store, the dude came back right before I left and I gave him his money.

Personally, I think I would let the person know and give them back the money. Now don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind a come up on a quick $20 but I don't know if that person needs it more than me. Besides, I wouldn't want to lose out on my own money if that were me.

I have found cash on the ground and winning lottery tickets near the trash. People get in a hurry but leaving all the atm cash is fake. One country music star left his card in the atm but it was stuck
