Russ missed the playoffs despite having a 4 game lead with 10 games to go and not a peep. So who are the guys getting shat on since these guys are getting such a pass? All I see is "Bron is 2-4" and "CP0 can't make the CF" threads.

Every single team that loses in any round of the playoffs or fails to make the playoffs tries to improve the roster. I'm not sure why you idiots try to spin it into a rare thing or a negative thing.
The Lakers won 3 straight titles and still had the 2 best players in the league in their primes. First thing they did after getting bounced from the playoffs early is sign 2 more hall of fame players. Even teams that win titles usually look for "more help".

This thread isnt on topic really. After clippers lost people said Pauls teammates let him down. Same with Lebron. And they say that every time those two lose.

You are the one who brought up players getting passes for not having enough help and then tried to manipulate reality in order to act like it applied to Lebron and CP3. How did he become CP0 while getting a pass?
How is Melo not relevant in such a discussion...because you like him? 
I am comparing you taking issue with dudes getting passes on one hand (with guys you don't like even thought it doesn't really happen) and then immediately jumping into
