Disclaimer: This has nothing to do with where I think he ranks all time, this a totally different discussion so :whoa:
Also, the list of great floor generals is limited to BALL DOMINANT players only, and I don't mean that as a knock in the slightest in the context of this thread. So players like Kobe, Jordan, KD, Steph, Bird, etc are excluded as they conceded to playin in more organized structures.

The list of players with great floor games is a long one including the likes of : Harden, Magic, Rondo, John Stockton, Steve Nash, Wall, Russ, CP3, and many more but all pail in comparison to the floor game of LeBron:yeshrug:

The way he controls pace and orchestrates these high efficiency half court offenses is imo his greatest attribute. His basketball mind is otherworldly with the way he meticulously and surgically picks apart defenses. :whew:

You kno wat I'm talmbout. You be watching the games, and if you're not a fan like me, you're really just hoping his jumpshot is off that game cause damn near every possession his team is gonna get a good to great shot. It's always moves and counter moves with him. LeCheckmate

And that's just cold hard facts , how u personally feel about the man is irrelevant :ld:

We only hear bout the negatives of Bron ball as if every star player in history could play the game as mental as he does. Just tryna shed a lil light and appreciate one of if not the greatest mind in the history of the game

no way no how.

Magic has the greatest floor game ever as he played multiple styles in his tenure and they ran to perfection.

Showtime, going up and down the floor, precision passing on the break, hitting cutters.

then if the break slowed down the half court sets the passes to cap, quick passes to big game or the kick out 3s to byron and coop a loop.

Lebron basically holds the ball for 20 seconds get a screen and either kicks it for a 3 or he shoots a 3 or get's to the cup. Bron ball is a stagnant ugly offensive system that boost his numbers and turns the boshs and k loves into 7ft mo williams

Lebron Ball is basically Lebron holding the ball until something opens up, or he drives and kicks.

He is a total offensive control freak. Meaning, not only is he trying to score a ton of points, but he's trying to lead the team in assists. Most scorers don't feel the need to lead the team in assists, and a lot of guys known for scoring have been better than advertised passers. They're simply more known for scoring, and people get blinded by certain narratives.

The weird thing about Lebron is, I always thought he was simple to stop - provided you have the personal - and most teams don't play him top truly stop him.

I feel the same way about GS.

Lebron's confidence in his jumper comes and goes, and the deadliest part of his game has always been attacking the rack. Take away his drive. I've seen this method fukk his already shaky confidence. If he's hitting that jumper, then ... well, what are you going to do? However, more often than that not, he's not going to hit enough to beat you with it. Also, Lebron is a linear slasher. He's too big to slither around defenders, which makes his path to the basket predictable. I saw SA, Detroit, and a few other teams play him like that. It was effective each time.

With GS, Houston proved what I saw when Cleveland beat them that one game in 2017: Get up in them. Don't them play that smooth flowing offense, 'cause they'll eat you alive. Their scorers are not great when you get up in them like Houston did. They actually can get downright sloppy and inefficient.

Lebron and Steph are skilled, but in a weird way, they're great because they have a superpower. Take away that super-power - i.e. Lebron's drive; Steph's 3 - and they look normal. Lebron can pass, but his passing isn't THAT great. He's not doing anything special like Magic did. Magic made plays happen in a variety of ways. Lebron just makes good reads. That's great, but that ain't what people make it out to be, and that is why he has never averaged 10 assists. He has the ball enough and is a willing passer. Even when on teams with multiple All-Stars, he's never averaged 10asts for a season.

LeBron and the Warriors are simple to stop? :mjlol:

cavs have no offensive movement, it's basically lebron iso'in for 15 seconds and making a decision then. How much better would the cavs or bron had been if they had a motion based offense that lebron could play off ball a little more and get to certain spots on the floor for his shots. Lebron works 2 hard for his points playing "his way" and it has an affect on him
