The NFL had already transitioned away from Brady before he even retired and Mahomes/Allen/Burrow/Lamar etc were the faces of the League. Baseball fans don't give a fukk about Mike Trout in 2025. Soccer fans ain't having Messi/Ronaldo debates anymore and are more interested in Mbappe, Yamal, Bellingham, Vinicius, Palmer etc

Why is a 40 year old man with one foot out the door still center of the NBA universe? Shai just completed one of the GOAT seasons by winning the Scoring title, MVP, FMVP and Championship all in the same season. Where are the threads on this nikka?

The NBA is a vastly different league than other sports, the individual matters much more in team success and fan interest. These new nikkas like Shai and Ant don’t have the star power of Jordan and Kobe, and Bron is the last of NBA stars who have that. Your mom(unless she watches sports) couldn’t tell you who is Luka or Cade, but she knows who Bron is. :manny:
