Ain't no way in hell is Capela on that squad if Bron miraculously forces his way over to Houston. If CP3/Bron/Harden are all maxed out on the payroll then the Rockets will be choosing from guys like Zhou Qi, Goodluck Okonoboh, and Gracin Bakumanya to be their starting center with the pocket change they'll have left over in cap space
