The Kemba deal can be made. But J.R has one more year at 14 million, Tristan has two more years at 17 and 18 million, Clarkson has two more years at 12 and 13 million. None of these contracts can be moved without 1st round picks being involved and the Cavs already gave up a future 1st round pick to get Clarkson.

Used to think Bron was going to go to Houston but now I'm starting to have second thoughts about that. It won't be any easier getting to the Finals being in the West with teams like the Nuggets Jazz Pelicans still young and improving. Not to mention you still gotta get past the Warriors just to get to the Finals.

He’d be seeing the warriors either way. He’s gonna do what maximizes his chances to win. If the team that gives him the best chance to get through them is in the west, there’s no reason to not sign there.
