- "He's super athletic, quick 2nd jump"
- "Also, he has the benefit, UNLIKE MYSELF, of joining a team that's already established with hall of fame players RIGHT OFF THE BAT as soon as he's drafted"
- "They can give him the blueprint on how to win at such an early age"
- "That is great to have. To have that type of presence, that type of leadership. That type of basketball IQ and knowledge around him every single day"
- "He's blessed that he doesn't have to play in a losing or toxic environment in his early career"

With hella injuries and chaos they still made the play-in in the west.

With no injuries, and Kyrie back that team is probably top 4 in the west. While Cavs were the worst team in the league. So I mean, how can one even argue about what he said

I mean he's right. Look at obvious examples:

Wemby in San Antonio has access to the Popovich Spurs system, can be mentored by all time greats like Tim Duncan, David Robinson, etc.

Now look at Zion and him being stuck in New Orleans. There's no mentorship there and their medical staff is one of the worst ever on top of Zion being injury prone himself.

If we look at Bron Cavs career pre-Miami, he's showed immaturity in some situations, even in his first Miami season there he still showed immaturity, but Wade, Riley and the rest of them helped Bron mature into what he is.

In those first Cavalier years he had no serious veteran mentorship + Gilbert being a cheap ass owner. It's only around 2007-08 when they started signing some no BS veterans like Ben Wallace, etc.
