This board is biased as hell against Lebron. We get topic's daily on his flaws which 95% of the time are Kobe fans who feel so attached to Kobe that they feel they must diminish Lebron in order to lift up Kobe. The only real criticism of Lebron that I can agree with is his weak leadership skills. All the finger pointing and lack of effort on the defensive end of the ball but always pointing the finger is weak shyt. I feel like if Lebron would have gotten a championship highly reputable coach in his career who made him accountable for his actions, his leadership would be a lot better but he suffers from not making himself accountable. This is literally the only flaw in his game. It's probably to late in his career to make this change.

IMO hes a good leader when shyts going good but he cannot conceptualize sacrificing stats for productivity. Kobe and Jordan both were able to be reigned in by Phil and bought into sacrificing their numbers to keep the ball moving. Bron has never had such a figure keep him in line like that.
